Salesforce Commits $15 Billion to San Francisco, Launches Agentforce 360 and AI Innovation Hub

Salesforce has announced a $15 billion investment in San Francisco to accelerate AI innovation, workforce development, and enterprise transformation, reinforcing its long-term commitment to the city and the global AI economy. The announcement, made at Dreamforce 2025, also marked the debut of the company’s new AI Incubator Hub and the global launch of Agentforce 360 — a unified platform designed to bring humans and AI agents together within one trusted system.

Unveiling Salesforce’s vision for the “Agentic Enterprise,” CEO Marc Benioff said, “We’re entering the age of the Agentic Enterprise — where AI elevates human potential like never before. Agentforce 360 connects humans, agents, and data on one trusted platform, helping every employee and every company achieve more than they ever thought possible.”

The Agentforce 360 platform, already in use by over 12,000 customers worldwide, is built to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, customer satisfaction, and cost optimization. It integrates several core Salesforce technologies, including Data 360, the company’s unified data system; Customer 360, which centralizes customer relationship tools; and Slack, serving as the collaborative interface that connects employees and AI agents seamlessly.

One of the platform’s standout features is its natural language-based agent creation, enabling users to build AI agents without coding expertise. Additionally, real-time voice interactions make collaboration between humans and digital agents more intuitive and productive.

To further expand its ecosystem, Salesforce also introduced AgentExchange, a new marketplace for partner-built AI agents, allowing enterprises to discover and integrate specialized AI capabilities tailored to their industry needs. Alongside this, the company rolled out new Slack-first applications that streamline workflows and enhance communication between human teams and AI systems.

The launch of the AI Incubator Hub in San Francisco underscores Salesforce’s broader goal of fostering innovation, nurturing AI talent, and supporting local startups developing next-generation enterprise solutions.

Through these initiatives, Salesforce aims to redefine enterprise collaboration, ushering in a new era where human ingenuity and AI autonomy coexist, driving business transformation across industries. With its substantial investment and forward-looking platforms, Salesforce is positioning itself at the forefront of the global shift toward the Agentic Enterprise.
