Seclore, a global technology company known for its data-centric security platform, has appointed Ajit Kulkarni as Director – Cloud Operations and Customer Support. The company is widely recognised for enabling organisations to protect sensitive information and maintain control over critical data as it moves across digital environments.
In this leadership role, Kulkarni will oversee Seclore’s cloud operations and customer support functions, focusing on strengthening operational efficiency, improving reliability, and ensuring seamless customer experiences across the company’s cloud-based security solutions. His responsibilities will also include advancing cloud engineering practices and supporting technology initiatives that enhance enterprise data protection.
Ajit Kulkarni brings extensive experience in cloud engineering, enterprise mobility, and digital transformation initiatives. Over the course of his career, he has worked closely with global enterprises and technology-driven organisations, contributing to large-scale cloud modernisation programs and building resilient, customer-focused cloud strategies.
Before joining Seclore, Kulkarni served as Vice President – Cloud Operations and Site Reliability Engineering at Mindstix Software Labs. In that role, he led cloud transformation initiatives and oversaw site reliability engineering efforts, helping organisations strengthen infrastructure performance, reliability, and scalability.
Earlier in his career, he held key technology roles at global financial institutions including Credit Suisse, Nomura, and Lehman Brothers. During these tenures, he worked on enterprise application development and technology platforms supporting financial services operations, contributing to the development and management of complex financial technology systems.
Kulkarni began his professional journey with Praxis Interactive, where he gained foundational experience in software development and enterprise technology solutions, building expertise that later supported his work in cloud architecture and infrastructure management.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from Father Conceicao Rodrigues Institute of Technology. His academic background, combined with hands-on experience in cloud architecture, DevOps, and site reliability engineering, has shaped his approach to leading high-performance technology teams and delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
With his appointment, Seclore aims to further strengthen its cloud operations and customer support capabilities while continuing to innovate in the field of enterprise data security. Kulkarni’s experience in cloud technologies and operational leadership is expected to support the company’s mission of delivering secure, scalable, and reliable digital solutions to organisations worldwide.
