ServiceNow Surges Ahead with Record Q3 as AI Push Strengthens Through NVIDIA Partnership

ServiceNow has delivered another standout quarter, reaffirming its leadership in enterprise AI with results that exceeded both revenue and profit projections. For the third quarter of 2025, the company reported a 20.5% year-over-year increase in subscription revenue, reaching $3.299 billion. On the back of this robust performance, ServiceNow has raised its full-year revenue outlook to $12.8 billion, signaling continued confidence in its AI-driven growth trajectory.

“The next wave of AI is about more than innovation, it’s about execution, and how fast and responsibly enterprises can put advanced intelligence to work,” said Pat Casey, CTO of ServiceNow.

At the heart of ServiceNow’s accelerating momentum is Apriel 2.0, its next-generation open model family developed in collaboration with NVIDIA. Built on NVIDIA’s Nemotron technology, Apriel 2.0 introduces multimodal reasoning to enterprise environments — enabling autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents to interpret complex inputs such as screenshots, forms, and diagrams.

“Open models give enterprises the transparency and control they need to tailor AI to their data, workflows, and trust standards,” explained Kari Ann Briski, NVIDIA’s VP of Generative AI for Enterprise.

This partnership underscores ServiceNow’s vision of making AI both accessible and accountable for global enterprises. The open-model approach ensures that organizations can adapt AI capabilities to their own security and governance frameworks without compromising on flexibility or innovation.

ServiceNow’s AI portfolio continues to gain commercial traction, with its AI-related products expected to exceed $500 million in annual contract value (ACV). Notably, the company closed 12 Now Assist deals exceeding $1 million each during the quarter, reflecting growing enterprise confidence in its AI solutions.

By integrating Apriel 2.0 into its Now Platform, ServiceNow is redefining how digital workflows operate — turning traditional automation into intelligent orchestration. With its deepening NVIDIA partnership, the company’s AI-led transformation is not just powering business efficiencies but shaping the next phase of enterprise innovation.

As ServiceNow continues to scale its AI capabilities, its performance in Q3 2025 positions it firmly at the forefront of the enterprise AI revolution, setting a new benchmark for execution, ethics, and intelligent automation.
