Her career across these companies has provided exposure to people leadership and organisational initiatives within global technology and business environments.
She has also worked with Wipro BPO, Allcargo Logistics, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Intelligroup, adding further breadth to her professional experience. Her career across technology, business services and logistics organisations has allowed her to build experience across different workforce and organisational settings.
With 24 years of professional experience, Sehajpal brings a combination of leadership, talent and organisational expertise to her new position. Her background includes work related to organisational transformation, leadership development, talent and culture, areas that form an important part of her new mandate at 3i Infotech.
