Shujat has been a key figure at Native for nearly five years, spearheading leadership mandates across fast-scaling startups and private wealth firms. His elevation marks a pivotal leadership move as the firm continues to expand its footprint in innovation-driven and investment-heavy verticals.
Prior to joining Native, Shujat spent close to a decade at Michael Page India, where he led the Private Banking, Wealth Management, and Insurance practice. He began his career at ICICI Bank as a Wealth Manager—an experience that gave him deep insight into client needs within the investment ecosystem.
In his expanded role, Shujat will not only drive growth across Native’s innovation and investment-focused portfolio but also mentor upcoming leaders within the firm.
