Srijesh K has stepped into the role of Chief Product and Technology Officer at Practo, where he will be responsible for shaping the company’s product vision, driving its technology strategy, and advancing its innovation roadmap.
In this position, he will focus on building scalable healthcare solutions, strengthening digital capabilities, and enabling improved health outcomes through technology-led transformation.
He brings more than two decades of experience across product engineering and technology leadership. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Software Engineering at Salesforce, where he led key initiatives across cloud platforms and feedback management systems.
His professional journey also includes leadership roles at PAR Punchh and Expedia Group, where he oversaw large-scale technology teams and led platform modernization efforts. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Microsoft, Adobe, and GlobalLogic, contributing to the development of high-impact products and robust engineering systems.
At Practo, since February 2026, he has been leading efforts from Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, working toward building better health outcomes at scale through technology.
In addition to his corporate roles, he served as a Tech Advisor to multiple companies from January 2025 to December 2025, where he engaged with startups during the AI transformation phase, focusing on both personal and professional growth.
During his tenure at Salesforce from March 2022 to July 2024, based in Gurugram, Haryana, India, he led the Loyalty Cloud engineering and Salesforce Feedback Management technology teams for Industries Cloud.
Earlier, he held the position of Vice President of Engineering and Head of Product Engineering at Punchh from November 2020 to February 2022 in Gurugram, Haryana, where he led product engineering initiatives and managed engineering teams.
