ICICI Securities has appointed Srirang T K as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. Succeeding Vijay Chandok, Srirang assumes this leadership role following his tenure as Joint Managing Director. His extensive experience includes over 20 years as Group Chief Human Resources Officer at ICICI Bank and his role as Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII).
With a deep-rooted dedication to ICICI’s principles and strategy, Srirang’s expertise in human resources and executive management aligns seamlessly with ICICI Securities’ vision for sustainable growth and governance. His appointment as MD & CEO will continue through to his planned retirement.
