Suvan Ventures and HirePlusPlus Partner to Build Trusted AI-Led Hiring Solutions

Bengaluru, India: Suvan Ventures and HirePlusPlus have announced a strategic partnership to accelerate the growth of AI-led hiring solutions for enterprises, with a focus on recruitment automation, candidate screening, AI interviews and hiring fraud detection.

The partnership is aimed at strengthening HirePlusPlus’ enterprise hiring platform at a time when companies are increasingly using artificial intelligence to improve recruitment speed, reduce manual screening and make hiring decisions more data-driven. Suvan Ventures, an early-stage venture capital firm focused on AI-first B2B software companies, will support HirePlusPlus with strategic guidance, market expansion and product growth.

HirePlusPlus operates an AI-native recruitment platform designed to automate key stages of the hiring process. Its platform uses an AI recruiter called Maya AI, which can source candidates, screen resumes, conduct interviews, rank applicants and generate structured hiring insights for enterprise teams. The company is positioning the platform as a way for organisations to reduce time-to-hire while improving consistency and transparency in recruitment workflows.

A key technology focus of the partnership is trusted AI-led hiring. As generative AI tools become more common, companies are facing new challenges around AI-assisted interviews, proxy candidates, fake profiles and other forms of recruitment fraud. HirePlusPlus is working on fraud-detection capabilities that can help employers identify suspicious candidate behaviour, interview manipulation and AI-enabled cheating during hiring processes.

The platform is also designed to support human oversight in recruitment. Instead of replacing hiring teams, the AI system is positioned as a decision-support layer that helps recruiters manage large candidate pipelines, identify qualified applicants faster and create auditable hiring intelligence. This is important for enterprises that need both automation and accountability in talent acquisition.

HirePlusPlus has already processed more than 165,000 resumes and completed over 33,000 candidate screenings, according to the company. Its platform serves enterprises across sectors including banking, manufacturing, logistics and technology, where large-scale hiring often requires faster screening, structured evaluation and stronger candidate verification.

For Suvan Ventures, the partnership fits into its focus on AI-first B2B software companies that address enterprise workflow challenges. The collaboration is expected to help HirePlusPlus strengthen its product strategy, expand customer reach and scale its AI recruitment platform for larger organisations.

The development comes as HRTech companies are increasingly using AI agents, automation and analytics to modernise recruitment. Enterprises are looking for hiring systems that can reduce repetitive tasks, improve candidate quality and build trust in digital hiring processes.

With this partnership, Suvan Ventures and HirePlusPlus aim to create a more reliable AI-led hiring model for enterprises, combining recruitment automation with fraud detection, transparency and human-controlled decision-making.
