Together Fund has announced the launch of SwarmSpace, a new platform designed to nurture early-stage AI startups founded by entrepreneurs with connections to India. The Bengaluru- and US-based venture capital firm is positioning SwarmSpace as a comprehensive ecosystem that combines a community network, a 12-week AI studio, and a research lab—offering selected startups up to US$1 million in funding along with US$600,000 in partner credits.
The program will operate out of Bangalore and Palo Alto, with additional workspace access provided in Bangalore, Chennai, and Palo Alto. Startups admitted into the initiative will benefit not only from capital investment but also mentorship, technical expertise, and resources to help scale their products across both Indian and international markets.
SwarmSpace’s scope spans diverse AI domains such as enterprise AI, automation, cybersecurity, healthcare, quantum AI, and brain-computer interfaces. A distinctive feature of the program is a week-long immersion in Silicon Valley, where participating founders will engage with global investors, technologists, and thought leaders. Additionally, the package of cloud credits from partners including OpenAI, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure will give startups critical access to advanced AI infrastructure.
Manav Garg, cofounder and managing partner at Together Fund, described SwarmSpace as a springboard for the next generation of AI innovators. “Together SwarmSpace is a unique combination of AI studio, research, and community. A launchpad where ambition meets capital, context, and collaboration to back the next generation of iconic AI-first companies,” he said.
Garg emphasized that the dynamic nature of the AI ecosystem makes such support vital for founders. “Building products in AI today means shifting benchmarks, infrastructure, and user trust, making product-market fit a moving target,” he noted.
By combining structured funding, technical mentorship, and access to world-class networks, Together Fund aims to accelerate the growth of AI-first companies emerging from India’s startup ecosystem. With SwarmSpace, the firm is betting on a wave of founders who can create globally competitive AI products while leveraging India’s deep technical talent base and growing entrepreneurial ecosystem.
