With more than 20 years of cross-sector experience in HR leadership, Khandelwal brings with him a proven track record of building people-first strategies, enabling organizational transformation, and aligning HR as a core business driver.
Before joining Jaquar, Khandelwal served as Director & Head – Human Resources, India at Zimmer Biomet, a global medical technology leader. During his tenure, he successfully led organizational redesign, corporate spin-offs, and large-scale change management initiatives that boosted productivity and streamlined operations. His earlier experience includes a pivotal role at Genpact as Senior Manager HR, where he introduced HR metrics frameworks, strengthened employee engagement initiatives, and improved workforce efficiency.
At Whirlpool Corporation, he progressed from Plant HR responsibilities to Corporate HR leadership, gaining experience across industrial relations, employee wellness, and talent acquisition. His work in driving employee engagement, wellness programs, and leadership development initiatives contributed to shaping a high-performance culture within the organization.
Khandelwal’s early career saw him manage HR operations at Whirlpool’s Pune and Faridabad plants, where he honed his skills in industrial relations and workforce management. He began his professional journey in retail with RTCL Limited and also interned with Capgemini, setting the foundation for his long-standing HR leadership trajectory.
Over the years, Khandelwal has been recognized with multiple industry accolades, including HR 40Under40 and Most Influential HR Leaders, highlighting his contributions to creating inclusive workplaces and building sustainable leadership pipelines. His expertise spans FMCD, healthcare, IT, and retail sectors, reflecting a diverse career of driving HR innovation and transformation across global enterprises.
