Mondelēz International has promoted Vidya Kailasam Hangal to Director – Omnichannel, leading the organized trade vertical for Mondelez India Foods. Her expanded role covers B2C and B2B modern trade, as well as the growth of e-commerce channels, including quick commerce, e-grocery, and e-marketplaces for the India business unit.
Previously, as head of omnichannel, Vidya effectively drove revenue across offline and digital commerce, bridging the gap between traditional and online retail. With a background in technology and significant FMCG experience, she has held key roles at Infosys Technologies, The Coca-Cola Company, Novartis, and Britannia Industries Limited. Her expertise in brand growth and strategic account management is set to enhance Mondelēz India’s digital capabilities, strengthening its market presence and customer engagement across various retail platforms.
