BIBA Fashion Ltd has announced the appointment of Vivek Vishnoi as its new Chief Financial Officer. With over 20 years of experience in finance leadership and strategic planning, Vishnoi’s addition to the executive team marks a key step in the company’s efforts to enhance financial performance, strengthen compliance, and drive long-term value creation.

Before joining BIBA, Vishnoi served as Head of Finance at Utkarsh Small Finance Bank, where he oversaw core financial functions. Prior to that, he was part of the central CFO team at Paytm, holding the role of AVP Finance. There, he led initiatives around fund movement, wallet operations, and investment optimization, contributing to enhanced financial efficiencies in a high-growth digital environment.

A significant part of his career was spent at ASR Group of Companies, where he held the position of Group CFO for over 16 years. During this tenure, he was responsible for managing finance operations not only in India but also across international locations, including Singapore, the UAE, and Africa. His ability to navigate diverse regulatory frameworks and financial landscapes has been a cornerstone of his success.
Vishnoi’s earlier professional journey includes roles at organizations such as HANS ISPAT LIMITED and Kaya Group of Industries. In these positions, he managed full-spectrum financial operations, from fundraising and budgeting to compliance and policy formulation.
