Z47 Leads $12.5 Million Series A Funding Round in Confido Health

Healthcare technology startup Confido Health has raised $12.5 million in a Series A funding round led by venture capital firm Z47, with participation from existing investors Together Fund and Blume Ventures. The funding will support the expansion of the company’s artificial intelligence platform for healthcare operations.

Founded in 2022 by Chetan Reddy and Vichar Shroff, Confido Health develops AI agents designed to automate administrative tasks for healthcare providers. Its technology supports activities such as appointment scheduling, insurance verification, patient communication and care coordination.

The latest investment follows a $10 million Series A round announced in September 2026. Before that, the company raised $3 million in a seed funding round led by Together Fund in December 2024.

Confido Health plans to use the fresh capital to scale its AI platform across healthcare operations. Its platform is designed to manage administrative workflows while integrating with healthcare providers’ existing technology systems, allowing organisations to adopt the software without replacing their current infrastructure.

The company said its platform integrates with more than 50 systems, including electronic health records, practice management software, telephone systems, billing platforms and fax systems. It also offers no-code deployment, with the company claiming that setup can take less than five minutes.

Confido Health reported that its platform operates across more than 1,500 care sites in 27 US states and serves around 3,200 healthcare providers. The company added that one in 50 patients can now access their healthcare providers through its AI agents.

The platform uses information such as patient details, referral records and insurance requirements to manage administrative tasks. A single interaction can initiate multiple workflows, including referrals, appointment scheduling, prescription refills and payment follow-ups.

According to the company, it has recorded 15-fold growth since its previous funding round. Its AI agents have also achieved handling rates above 95% across key end-to-end office workflows. Confido Health estimates that its platform adds operational capacity equivalent to three to five full-time employees, on average, within three months of deployment.

The startup is targeting healthcare specialties including ophthalmology and optometry, physical therapy, dental care, primary care and community care. Its technology is intended to help providers manage administrative workloads and coordinate tasks across existing systems.

The funding will support Confido Health’s expansion as it develops its AI capabilities across healthcare workflows and specialties.
