Microsoft has announced the appointment of Aparna Gupta as Vice President, Global Delivery Centre (GDC). In this new role, Aparna will lead Microsoft Consulting’s scale delivery engine, focusing on innovation, governance, and engineering excellence. Based in Gurugram, she will be responsible for global solution delivery — overseeing the entire lifecycle from co-creating architectures to implementing and operationalizing complex, scalable solutions for customers worldwide.
Aparna brings nearly eight years of experience at Microsoft to her new position, having previously served as Global Delivery Centre Leader for Industry Solutions, Regional Delivery Leader for Asia (interim), and Executive Director for Customer Success India. Her leadership has consistently focused on enabling customer success and building scalable delivery models that drive impact.
Before joining Microsoft, Aparna held senior roles at FirstRain, Bristlecone, Mahindra Group, nasscom, and TIH | IIT Bombay. Alongside her corporate career, she has actively contributed to mentoring initiatives and championed diversity in technology, reinforcing her commitment to inclusive leadership.
Her appointment reflects Microsoft’s continued commitment to empowering enterprises through innovation and digital transformation, leveraging the GDC as a strategic hub for delivering world-class solutions.
