GRETA ENERGY LIMITED, a key subsidiary of the Greta Group, has appointed Sanjay Kumar Pandey as its Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With over 25 years of experience in human resources, personnel administration, and industrial relations, Pandey has held senior leadership roles across the steel, power, and manufacturing sectors. He is recognized for his expertise in performance management, capability development, and employee engagement, and has successfully driven multiple HR transformations while navigating complex industrial relations challenges.
A certified Performance Management System Expert and Six Sigma Green Belt, Pandey is known for his ability to balance strategic vision with operational excellence, an approach essential for building a future-ready, agile, and engaged workforce.
