Goodera, a leading purpose-driven impact platform, has appointed Sumit Agarwal as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With over two decades of experience across fintech, e-commerce, and technology-led businesses, Agarwal will play a pivotal role in strengthening Goodera’s global mission of enabling impact at scale and steering the company’s financial strategy, governance, and growth initiatives.
Before joining Goodera, Sumit served as Senior Vice President for Fintech (TripMoney) at MakeMyTrip, where he was instrumental in building consumer lending, insurance, and digital forex solutions through BookMyForex. He also held board-level responsibilities at BookMyForex, guiding strategy, governance, and business expansion.
Earlier in his career, Sumit co-founded Little Internet Private Limited, which was later acquired by Paytm, and held leadership roles at Zovi.com and ngpay, which was acquired by Flipkart. His early professional experience includes roles at Wipro and Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services, where he developed deep expertise in finance, strategy, and corporate governance.
