CG Power and Industrial Solutions Limited has announced the appointment of Vrushali Gadkari as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). With more than 20 years of experience across leading Indian and global enterprises, Vrushali brings with her deep expertise in human resource management, talent development, and organizational transformation. Her career journey reflects a consistent focus on building people-centric organizations through culture transformation, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
Before joining CG Power, Vrushali held the position of Head of HR – Corporate at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India, where she was instrumental in managing end-to-end HR operations across corporate functions. In this role, she drove strategic initiatives that strengthened leadership pipelines and enhanced employee experience, making a significant impact on the organization’s human resource agenda.
Earlier in her career, Vrushali worked with the Piramal Group, where she led HR and sales training for both the healthcare and consumer products businesses, aligning talent strategies with business expansion. At Legrand India, she played a key role in strengthening organizational effectiveness and workforce engagement, while at Godrej Properties and Godrej Consumer Products, she focused on embedding strong talent management frameworks and driving culture-building initiatives.
Her career foundation was built at HDFC Life and HDFC Limited, where she gained extensive experience in large-scale talent acquisition, competency mapping, and workforce capability building. These early experiences equipped her with a deep understanding of HR systems and processes, enabling her to handle diverse people strategies at scale.
