Mohit Dhamne has been elevated to Group Chief Executive Officer at Republic World, marking a significant step in his leadership journey within the organization. Having previously served as Chief Financial Officer, he now assumes an expanded mandate to drive the network’s strategic vision, operational excellence, and long-term growth.
During his tenure as CFO—and earlier as Company Secretary & EVP Finance—he played a pivotal role in strengthening financial governance, accelerating automation initiatives, and leading business transformation programs that enhanced organizational efficiency and scalability. His contributions have been instrumental in building a robust financial and operational foundation for the network.
Prior to joining Republic World, he served as Chief Financial Officer – India Operations at TopsGrup Security Services and as Associate Vice President Finance & Company Secretary at ISS A/S India. In these roles, he led end-to-end finance operations, risk management frameworks, and strategic planning initiatives, contributing to business growth and financial discipline.
Earlier in his career, he held key positions at Tata Motors and Wockhardt Ltd., and began his professional journey as an Articled Trainee at K S Aiyar & Co., building a strong foundation across finance, audit, treasury, and corporate governance.
His elevation reflects the organization’s confidence in his leadership capabilities and strategic acumen as it continues to scale and strengthen its position in the media landscape.
