In his new role, Rajat will lead MobiKwik’s overall talent acquisition strategy, workforce planning, and employer branding initiatives, playing a central role in building the people foundation required to support the company’s long-term growth ambitions.
At MobiKwik, Rajat will focus on creating scalable and future-ready hiring frameworks aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives. His mandate includes strengthening leadership hiring, expanding technology recruitment, and building robust campus hiring programmes to ensure a steady pipeline of talent across functions. As competition for skilled professionals intensifies in the fintech sector, his role will be critical in enabling MobiKwik to attract, engage, and retain high-quality talent at scale.
Rajat brings more than 18 years of experience in talent acquisition and hiring leadership, with a track record of building strong recruitment organisations in fast-growing and competitive environments. Prior to joining MobiKwik, he served as Head of Talent Acquisition at Freecharge, where he led large-scale hiring initiatives and supported business growth through strategic workforce planning and employer branding.
Earlier in his career, Rajat held key roles at Tata 1mg, Damco Solutions, Quovantis Technologies, and ResourceChip Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Across these organisations, he worked closely with senior leadership to design hiring strategies, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and build high-performing recruitment teams. His experience spans multiple industries and growth stages, giving him a well-rounded perspective on talent needs across both startups and established enterprises.
This diverse background equips Rajat with deep insight into hiring for technology, product, and business roles, as well as the ability to align talent strategies with evolving organisational priorities.
