Nextnode Solutions Private Limited has appointed Tushar J. as Chief Business Officer (CBO), a strategic leadership role in which he will drive business initiatives across the company’s IT Services and IT Consulting operations. In his new position, he will oversee business strategy across B2B, B2G, and G2G verticals while expanding the company’s offerings in government ICT projects, data centers, SCADA and utility automation, e-Governance for smart cities, telecom infrastructure, intelligent transportation management systems, adaptive traffic management, mission-critical AI, and digital transformation technologies.
Tushar brings nearly three decades of experience in the ICT and telecom ecosystem, with leadership roles across organisations including Polycab India Limited, STL – Sterlite Technologies Limited, DRAIPL, Idea Cellular Ltd, Tata Teleservices, eInfochips (An Arrow Company), Bharti Airtel, Reliance Communications, and Arraycom (India) Limited.
Prior to joining Nextnode Solutions, he served as Vice President – EPC Power & Energy and Vice President – EPC Telecom at Polycab India Limited, leading large-scale EPC projects in renewable energy, telecom infrastructure, smart grids, and digital connectivity initiatives aligned with India’s technology and infrastructure growth. His earlier roles at Sterlite Technologies, Idea Cellular, and Tata Teleservices involved driving large-scale smart city programs, BharatNet infrastructure projects, enterprise telecom solutions, and e-Governance initiatives supporting the Digital India vision.
An Electronics & Communication Engineer with a PGDBM in Marketing and an ITS certification from IIM Ahmedabad (Executive Education), Tushar has held CXO-level responsibilities across EPC government projects, energy, infrastructure, telecom, railways, corporate affairs, and enterprise transformation. His extensive experience in building technology-led solutions for government and public-sector programs positions him to play a pivotal role in shaping Nextnode Solutions’ long-term growth and innovation agenda.
