CitiusTech Elevates Dhaval Shah as Chief Business Officer – MedTech & Life Sciences

CitiusTech has elevated Dhaval Shah to Chief Business Officer – MedTech & Life Sciences, reinforcing the company’s focus on strengthening its leadership in healthcare technology services and expanding growth across its core industry segments.

In his new role, Shah will lead enterprise market strategy, strengthen client partnerships and drive business performance across CitiusTech’s Medical Technology and Life Sciences businesses. His mandate includes advancing the company’s engagement with global healthcare organisations and accelerating growth initiatives across these sectors.

A founding employee of CitiusTech, Shah has played a significant role in the company’s growth and evolution for more than 19 years. Over this period, he has helped shape the company’s offerings and expand its presence with global healthcare and life sciences clients. He currently oversees a substantial portion of the organisation’s business and manages relationships with more than 50 MedTech and Life Sciences clients.

Shah also serves on the CitiusTech Executive Council, the company’s six-member executive management team, where he contributes to defining and guiding the organisation’s strategic direction. His elevation to Chief Business Officer is expected to further align the company’s MedTech and Life Sciences growth strategy with its broader enterprise objectives.

With more than 26 years of experience across HealthTech, imaging ISVs, healthcare providers, life sciences and medical device companies, Shah brings deep industry expertise in healthcare innovation and commercial strategy. He is widely recognised as a thought leader in the healthcare and life sciences sectors and frequently shares insights through industry articles and speaking engagements focused on improving healthcare experience, accessibility and affordability through technology.

Prior to joining CitiusTech, Shah founded a boutique healthcare consulting firm and held senior roles supporting large healthcare providers and healthcare technology organisations. He holds both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from Wright State University, strengthening his technical expertise and understanding of healthcare technology innovation.
