Balachandran Nair has been appointed as National Sales Head at Noventiq. In this role, he will lead the company’s sales strategy in India, focusing on strengthening enterprise and public sector partnerships while expanding adoption of cloud and digital transformation solutions across the market.
Nair brings extensive leadership experience in cloud solutions, services and digital transformation. Prior to joining Noventiq, he served as Vice President – Cloud & Services at Pentagon System and Services. Earlier, he was Cloud Sales Head at Orient Technologies Limited, where he played a key role in driving cloud adoption and enterprise technology sales initiatives.
He also contributed to the growth of Amazon Web Services as a Business Development Manager in the public sector, helping expand cloud adoption across government and enterprise segments. Before that, Nair spent more than 15 years at Microsoft, where he built deep expertise in cloud strategy, government partnerships and enterprise technology sales.
Earlier in his career, Nair founded and led Pilgrimaide.com as Founder and Chief Executive Officer, successfully running the venture for over nine years.
Academically, Nair holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering Trivandrum and completed his pre-degree in Mathematics at Mar Ivanios College in Thiruvananthapuram. With a strong background across cloud platforms, enterprise technology and public sector engagement, he is expected to play a key role in expanding Noventiq’s presence in India’s growing digital transformation market.
