
Anand Patil has been elevated to Vice President and Global Head – Learning & Development at Persistent Systems, marking an important milestone in his leadership journey with the organization. In this role, he will oversee global learning strategy, capability development, and talent transformation initiatives, aligning workforce skills with the company’s growth and digital priorities.
Patil has been associated with Persistent Systems for over two years, during which he has held multiple leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Associate Vice President – Learning & Development, following his tenure as General Manager – L&D, where he played a key role in shaping learning frameworks and building scalable capability programs.
Before joining Persistent, he was Senior Director – Learning & Development at KPIT, where he led enterprise-wide learning initiatives. He also spent time as an entrepreneur, gaining experience in building and managing independent ventures.
Earlier in his career, Patil held leadership positions at Cognizant, Netcracker Technology, and Infosys, contributing to large-scale talent development and organizational learning programs across global teams.
With over two decades of experience in learning transformation, leadership development, and workforce capability building, Anand Patil brings deep expertise in creating future-ready talent ecosystems.
