Kiran Dahimiwal has been appointed as Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President at Replus, a subsidiary of Bhilwara Energy Ltd.. In this role, he will be responsible for shaping the company’s technology roadmap, leading research and development efforts, and driving innovation in advanced energy storage and electric mobility solutions.
His mandate includes strengthening Replus’ capabilities in clean energy technologies while supporting its expansion in the rapidly evolving EV and energy storage ecosystem. He will also focus on building scalable, future-ready solutions aligned with industry demand and sustainability goals.
Prior to this appointment, Dahimiwal held key leadership roles at Okaya Power Group, where he served as Executive Vice President – R&D and Vice President – R&D, leading innovation and product development initiatives.
He also served as Chief Technology Officer at Fuji Electric Co., Ltd., and earlier as Senior Director and Site Leader at Vertiv, where he led engineering operations and technology development.
Over the course of his career, he has also been associated with organizations such as Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited and Eaton, gaining extensive experience across global and Indian markets.
He began his professional journey at Tata Institute of Fundamental Research, where he developed a strong foundation in embedded systems, electronics, and innovation-driven engineering.
With deep expertise in technology leadership, product innovation, and R&D, Kiran Dahimiwal brings a well-rounded perspective to Replus. His appointment reflects the company’s focus on accelerating its technology capabilities and strengthening its position in the clean energy and electric mobility space.
