Raviraj Bhat has been elevated to the role of Senior Executive Vice President and Regional Head–South, Health Solutions at Aon, marking a progression in his leadership journey within the organization.
In this role, he will be responsible for driving health and benefits solutions across the southern region, leveraging his experience in employee benefits consulting, global business management, client engagement, and analytics.
He has been associated with Aon for over three years, during which he has steadily taken on expanded responsibilities. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Regional Head–South, Health Solutions from June 2025 to March 2026. Prior to that, he held the position of Senior Vice President and Regional Head–South, Health Solutions from September 2022 to June 2025, based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Earlier in his career, he was part of Willis Towers Watson India for over 12 years, where he held multiple roles including Vice President – Employee Benefits from June 2014 to August 2022, Assistant Vice President from February 2011 to June 2014, and Senior Manager – Employee Benefits (South) from July 2010 to January 2011.
His professional journey also includes experience at India Insure Risk Management & Insurance Broking Services Pvt. Ltd. and Tata AIG Life Insurance, where he developed strong expertise in insurance and risk management.
He began his earlier association with Aon as Assistant Manager from 2008 to 2010, further adding to his long-standing experience within the organization.
With a career spanning employee benefits, insurance advisory, and regional leadership, Raviraj Bhat brings a strong foundation to further strengthen Aon’s health solutions business across the southern region.
