
BPTP Limited has appointed Shalini Jha as Senior Vice President – Marketing, as the company looks to strengthen its brand positioning and deepen customer engagement across its residential and commercial portfolio.
In this role, she will lead the company’s marketing function, overseeing brand strategy, communications, digital marketing, and customer engagement initiatives, with a focus on building integrated campaigns aligned with business growth objectives.
Jha brings over 22 years of experience across sectors including real estate, retail, hospitality, banking and finance, and public relations. Her career has been centered on developing brand-led strategies, managing large-scale marketing budgets, and driving measurable outcomes through multi-channel campaigns, partnerships, and experiential activations.
Prior to joining BPTP, she served as Senior Vice President – Marketing at Krisumi Corporation, where she led marketing strategy and campaign execution for the company’s portfolio. Her role involved shaping brand positioning, aligning communication with evolving consumer expectations, and enhancing visibility in the premium real estate segment.
She has also been actively engaged with industry bodies such as CREDAI, ASSOCHAM, CII, NASSCOM, and FICCI, reflecting her involvement in broader industry dialogue.
