Tejaswini Jalikop has been elevated to Director of Biostatistics at Syneos Health Clinical Solutions, marking a major milestone in her long and accomplished journey with the organization. With close to two decades of experience in clinical research, biostatistics, and data analytics, she steps into this leadership role after serving as Associate Director, where she contributed significantly to strengthening biostatistical operations and supporting global clinical trial programs.
Over the last 13+ years with the organization — formerly known as inVentiv Health Clinical — Tejaswini has steadily progressed through multiple leadership and technical roles, including Assistant Manager, Manager, Senior Biostatistician, and Associate Director. Her consistent growth within the company reflects both her deep technical expertise and her strong leadership capabilities in the highly specialized field of clinical research and biostatistics.
Throughout her tenure, she has played an instrumental role in managing complex statistical projects and supporting the successful execution of global clinical studies across various therapeutic areas. She has been actively involved in driving cross-functional collaboration, managing international client engagements, ensuring regulatory and statistical compliance, and delivering high-quality study outcomes within strict timelines. Her experience spans statistical analysis, clinical trial methodology, data interpretation, and advanced analytics that support evidence-based decision-making in clinical development programs.
Before joining Syneos Health Clinical Solutions, Tejaswini began her professional career with GSK, where she developed a strong foundation in clinical research and statistical sciences.
