Prior to joining PwC India, Dhawal served as Practice Lead at Coforge, where he led the Dynamics 365 business within the Enterprise Application Services unit. During his tenure, he was responsible for driving strategic business growth, overseeing enterprise-scale implementations, and delivering digital transformation solutions for clients across multiple sectors. Industry observers note that his experience in managing complex enterprise application ecosystems aligns with the growing market demand for cloud-based ERP and CRM modernization.
Over the course of his professional journey, Dhawal has held several leadership and consulting roles at organizations including Guidehouse, KTL Solutions Inc., Infragistics, Tribridge, Navint Partners, and Premier Data Technology. His experience spans both the Indian and U.S. markets, where he worked on enterprise technology transformation projects involving financial systems consulting, integration architecture, CRM implementation, and large-scale ERP deployment strategies.
