In his new leadership role at Darwinbox, Aditya is expected to focus on strengthening global technical solutioning strategies, enterprise advisory frameworks, and digital transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing platform capabilities and customer engagement across international markets. His appointment comes as enterprises increasingly invest in AI-powered HR technologies, automation platforms, and integrated digital workplace solutions.
Before joining Darwinbox, Aditya worked with Zensar Technologies, where he served as Digital Product Owner for the OmniCon Platform, a conversational AI solution focused on enterprise communication and automation. He had earlier joined the organisation as a Digital Consulting Intern, gaining experience in digital transformation and enterprise technology strategy.
Prior to Zensar Technologies, he was associated with RPG Group as a Group Management Resource, where he contributed to strategic business initiatives and operational transformation projects. He also worked at Bosch Global Software Technologies as an Associate Software Engineer, further strengthening his technical foundation in enterprise software and engineering systems.
Earlier in his career, Aditya gained hands-on industry experience through internships and project trainee roles at Cypress Semiconductor, where he developed expertise in technology systems and software-oriented engineering environments.
