
Naveen Gupta has been appointed as Chief Business Officer at Westlife Foodworld Limited, bringing extensive leadership experience in the quick-service restaurant (QSR) and retail operations sectors. The appointment comes as the company continues its focus on growth, operational efficiency, and strengthening its position in the competitive food service market.
In his new role, Gupta will be responsible for accelerating business growth, enhancing operational performance, and reinforcing the company’s market presence across its restaurant network. Gupta brings a proven track record of leading large-scale operations, driving business transformation, and delivering customer-centric growth across prominent organizations in the QSR and retail sectors.
Prior to joining Westlife Foodworld, Gupta served as Head of Operations at Chaayos, where he oversaw a portfolio of more than 200 stores and managed a revenue base exceeding ₹350 crore. During his tenure, he played a key role in operational management and growth initiatives across the company’s expanding retail network.
Before Chaayos, Gupta held several senior leadership positions at Jubilant FoodWorks Ltd.. His responsibilities included serving as Head of Operations Strategy and Assistant Vice President Operations for Domino’s India. In these roles, he led business transformation programs, managed profit-and-loss responsibilities, and supported operations across thousands of restaurant locations.
His experience in overseeing large-scale operations and implementing strategic transformation initiatives has contributed significantly to business performance and operational excellence throughout his career.
Gupta has also held key operational leadership roles at Restaurant Brands Asia and Inox Leisure Limited. These positions further strengthened his expertise in managing customer-facing businesses, optimizing operational processes, and driving sustainable growth.
Throughout his professional journey, Gupta has built extensive experience in scaling operations, improving profitability, enhancing customer engagement, and executing transformation strategies. His diverse background across hospitality, food service, and retail operations positions him well to support Westlife Foodworld’s long-term business objectives.
