
Constl, India’s carrier-neutral digital infrastructure provider and a Space World Group company, announced the appointment of Nidhi Pandey as its Chief Information Officer (CIO).
In her new role, Pandey will lead Constl’s IT and Digital functions, driving the company’s transformation agenda across Digital, Finance, OSS, and BSS application domains.
The appointment comes at a pivotal time as Constl continues to scale its pan-India fibre network and AI-ready digital infrastructure platform to serve hyperscalers, telecom operators, data centres, cloud providers, and enterprise customers. As the company accelerates its growth trajectory, robust, secure, and future-ready enterprise systems remain a strategic priority.
Pandey’s mandate will focus on enterprise application modernization, technology governance, and the delivery of secure and scalable platforms that support business growth, operational excellence, and an enhanced end-to-end customer experience.
She brings over two decades of global experience across telecommunications, technology, and enterprise IT, having held senior leadership positions at Airtel International, HPE India, Vodafone Idea, Tata Communications, and Tech Mahindra, among others. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale digital transformation initiatives, enterprise architecture modernization programs, and IT strategy mandates across multiple geographies and business functions. Her extensive experience positions her strongly to lead Constl’s technology evolution and support the company’s next phase of growth.
