Aniket Shaligram has been appointed CEO, Startup Business, at Talentica Software. With more than 24 years of experience in software engineering, product development, technology leadership, business strategy, and engineering management, Shaligram steps into the leadership role after serving as Vice President of Technology at the company for over six years.
In his previous role, he managed expert teams across R&D, architecture, UX, and UI while working closely with the CTO to drive strategic technology initiatives and strengthen the company’s product engineering capabilities for global startups and technology firms.
Over the course of his long association with Talentica Software, Shaligram has held several leadership positions including VP – Strategy, VP – Engineering/Business Head, Director of Engineering, Engineering Manager, Development Manager, Development Lead, and Senior Software Engineer. During this period, he played a key role in scaling customer engagements, driving innovation-led engineering practices, mentoring technology teams, overseeing architecture integrity, and managing business operations across multiple customer accounts and global markets.
Prior to this appointment, he also served as Director of Engineering at Frontdoor, Inc. and held technology roles at BluePhoenix Solutions and Citi India. His experience spans software architecture, customer growth, engineering leadership, product innovation, talent development, and operational management across enterprise and startup ecosystems.
In his new role as CEO, Startup Business, Shaligram will focus on strengthening Talentica Software’s startup-focused business vertical, accelerating product engineering innovation, expanding customer partnerships, and supporting technology startups in building scalable digital products and platforms.
