Redington Limited has appointed Paresh Shetty as Head of Data Center Strategy, strengthening the company’s leadership team as demand for data center infrastructure, cloud services, and AI-driven enterprise technologies continues to accelerate across India.
Shetty brings nearly three decades of industry experience spanning telecommunications, enterprise technology, cloud computing, digital transformation, and data center infrastructure. In his new role, he will lead Redington’s data center growth strategy, expand partnerships with OEMs and hyperscalers, identify new market opportunities, and drive innovation across next-generation infrastructure solutions.
Prior to joining Redington, Shetty held leadership positions across several major technology and telecom organizations, including Syntel Telecom, Arya Omnitalk Wireless Solutions, CtrlS Datacenters, Vodafone Idea, Idea Cellular, and HP.
During his tenure at CtrlS Datacenters, he played a significant role in driving growth across the company’s data center, cloud, and colocation businesses. His experience includes enterprise infrastructure planning, business development, partner ecosystem management, cloud strategy, and digital infrastructure expansion.
His appointment comes at a time when India’s data center sector is witnessing strong momentum driven by increasing cloud adoption, rapid enterprise digitization, artificial intelligence workloads, and rising demand for scalable digital infrastructure. The industry is also seeing increased investments from hyperscalers, enterprises, and technology providers focused on expanding capacity and strengthening regional digital ecosystems.
