In this role, she will lead QBurst’s industry strategy and work with clients, partners, and internal teams to build domain-led solutions and accelerate the adoption of AI-powered offerings across sectors.
Rajashree brings over two decades of experience spanning retail transformation, business growth, marketing, and industry leadership. She spent nearly two decades at Tata Consultancy Services, where she held positions including Chief Marketing Officer, Global Head of Retail Strategic Initiatives, Products and Innovation, and Head of the Retail Solutions Group. Prior to joining QBurst, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer for America Strategic Verticals at Tech Mahindra. Across these roles, she led large-scale growth initiatives, built retail-focused solution portfolios, and helped organizations navigate major market and technology transitions.
A significant part of her mandate will be strengthening QBurst’s position in the retail sector, where AI, evolving customer expectations, omnichannel commerce, and supply chain transformation are reshaping how businesses compete and grow. The company has developed particular strength in luxury commerce and grocery retail, helping brands create more personalized customer experiences, strengthen loyalty, improve merchandising and operations, and make better use of customer and business data. Rajashree will work across the organization to expand these industry solutions and help clients navigate the next phase of retail transformation.
