Aman Sanghrajka has been appointed Head of People & Culture at invideo, where he will lead the company’s end-to-end people and human resources agenda as the organisation continues to expand its global presence.
In his new role, Sanghrajka will oversee people strategy, organisational development and workplace culture, supporting invideo’s growth and evolving workforce requirements.
invideo serves film studios, professional creatives, brands and global agencies, including organisations serving Fortune 500 companies. The company is backed by Peak XV Partners, Tiger Global, Greenoaks, RTP Global, Base Partners and Hummingbird.
Sanghrajka brings around a decade of professional experience to the role. Before joining invideo, he spent more than seven years at Spencer Stuart, working in executive search and leadership advisory. During his tenure, he worked with boards, CEOs and private equity investors on senior leadership appointments and critical talent decisions.
He began his career in investment banking, where he advised technology companies on initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and capital-raising transactions.
His combination of experience in executive leadership advisory, investment banking and talent management positions him to lead invideo’s people and culture function as the company scales its global operations.
