Kyndryl and Bridgepath help enterprises shift to AI-native global capability centers

BENGALURU, India: Kyndryl (NYSE: KD), a leading provider of mission-critical enterprise technology services and Bridgepath Innovations Private Limited, a global capability center (GCC) consulting firm, today announced a collaboration to help enterprises design, build, operate and scale AI-native GCCs. The collaboration enables enterprises to rethink their GCC operating models by embedding AI natively into delivery, operations and governance, driving greater speed, efficiency and scalability.

Kyndryl and Bridgepath will deliver a structured AI-native GCC operating model that enables enterprises to build strong digital and data foundations, operate at scale with defined service structures, embed AI into decision-making, and build in-house capability to create sustainable and continuously evolving operating models. The AI-native GCC operating model enables measurable improvements in productivity, faster project execution, and more efficient utilization of talent across global teams.

“Enterprises are increasingly re-evaluating traditional GCC models as labor-arbitrage-led approaches reach their limits and AI is fundamentally reshaping how enterprises design and operate their global delivery models,” said Prashobh Chandralayam, Vice President and Global Leader, GCC, Kyndryl. “Kyndryl brings deep experience in building and running mission-critical environments, combined with advanced AI capabilities that enable AI-led automation at scale. Together with Bridgepath, we can integrate domain-led GCC expertise with AI-driven innovation to help customers accelerate their journey to AI-native GCCs and unlock new levels of productivity and business value.”

“GCCs are shifting towards embedding AI directly into operating models where AI becomes native to how work is designed, delivered and governed, and not incremental,” said Ramaswamy Narayanan, CEO, Bridgepath Innovations. “Our partnership with Kyndryl will help organizations accelerate this transition, enabling them to design and operate AI-native GCCs that deliver measurable business outcomes from day one.”

Kyndryl and Bridgepath will adopt a co-creation-led approach with customers to build customized AI solutions aligned to specific enterprise systems, data environments and business objectives. This enables organizations to adopt AI in a way that is flexible, governed and deeply embedded into business processes.

The engagement reflects a broader shift in GCC transformation, where organizations are combining domain expertise with advanced technologies to create intelligent, adaptive and future-ready operating models.
