Fractal Analytics Limited Appoints Shilpa Kedia as Chief Financial Officer

Mumbai, India: Fractal Analytics Ltd. (BSE: 544700, NSE: FRACTAL), A global enterprise AI company serving Fortune 500® organizations, today announced the appointment of Ms. Shilpa Kedia as Chief Financial Officer, effective October 19, 2026. Shilpa brings over two decades of financial leadership experience from leading multinational organizations, positioning Fractal well for its next phase of growth and value creation.

Shilpa joins Fractal from Johnson & Johnson(J&J), where she currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for its India Medical Devices & Technology (MedTech) business. Prior to J&J, she spent four years at Hindustan Unilever Limited (HUL), in leadership roles including Head of Investor Relations, Group Finance Controller, and Head of M&A, Treasury & Insurance.

Earlier in her career, Shilpa spent nearly a decade with Johnson & Johnson across its Consumer and MedTech businesses and five years with Nokia India, building a strong controllership foundation. She began her career with the Tata Administrative Services (TAS) leadership program at the Tata Group.

Shilpa is a Chartered Accountant with an all-India rank and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Narsee Monjee College.

“Shilpa is a rare finance leader who has built and run world-class finance functions across consumer, healthcare, and technology businesses,” said Srikanth Velamakanni, Co-founder and Group CEO, Fractal. “For much of her career she has sat on the side of the clients we serve, as the senior finance leader inside large global enterprises. She knows first-hand what it takes to turn ambition into measurable business value, and that perspective will make us a better Enterprise AI leader. Her depth in M&A, treasury, and controllership will strengthen how we invest in scaling Fractal non-linearly. Shilpa raises the bar and will build on the strong foundation our finance team has laid.”

“Shilpa’s appointment reflects Fractal’s continued focus on strengthening its leadership team with exceptional global talent,” said Vivek Mohan, Non-Executive Director, Fractal Analytics Limited. “She brings a distinguished track record of leading finance organizations through scale and transformation, coupled with deep experience across global and Indian markets. We are confident that her leadership will play a pivotal role in supporting Fractal’s next phase of growth and value creation.”
