Monica Anshul Mishra Appointed Chief Human Resources Officer at Turtlemint

Turtlemint Fintech Solutions has appointed Monica Anshul Mishra as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), strengthening its senior leadership team as the company enters its next phase of growth. The appointment is aimed at strengthening the organisation’s people strategy, leadership capabilities and organisational culture as Turtlemint continues to scale its technology-led insurance and financial product distribution platform.

Mishra joins Turtlemint from Fibe.India (formerly EarlySalary), where she served as Chief Human Resources Officer. During her time at Fibe, she was involved in strengthening the organisation’s culture, leadership development and people practices. She had earlier joined Fibe in August 2022 as Head – Human Capital Management before being elevated to the CHRO role in 2025. Her work at Fibe included areas such as workforce planning, recruitment, training, career development, organisational structure, performance management, compensation, recognition and change management.

Before joining Fibe, Mishra spent nearly a decade at YES BANK, where she served as Group Executive Vice President – Human Capital Management. Her tenure at the bank formed a significant part of her HR leadership career and involved work around large-scale human capital and organisational initiatives. She also founded hrforstartup, where she worked with early-stage businesses on people practices, before moving to Fibe. Earlier in her career, she held HR leadership positions at Catwalk Worldwide Pvt. Ltd. and Reliance Retail, and began her professional journey with Piramal Pharma as an HR Generalist.

With more than 22 years of experience, Mishra has built a career spanning financial services, fintech, healthcare, retail, fashion and HR advisory. Her professional background covers human resources leadership, human capital strategy, talent acquisition, organisational development, employee engagement, leadership development and organisational transformation. Turtlemint’s corporate disclosure describes her as a seasoned HR leader with experience across these sectors. She holds an MBA in Human Resources and Marketing from Vikram University, along with a master’s degree in HR.

At Turtlemint, Mishra will lead the company’s people agenda with a focus on strengthening organisational capabilities, human-capital architecture, leadership depth and a high-performance culture. Her mandate will also include supporting employee experience and building people practices that can keep pace with the company’s growth. The appointment comes as Turtlemint works to scale its advisor network, strengthen leadership capabilities and expand its digital platform.

Commenting on the appointment, Dhirendra Mahyavanshi, Chairperson, Managing Director & CEO, Turtlemint, said, “As Turtlemint enters its next phase of growth, building the right organisational capabilities and leadership depth will be as important as scaling our technology and distribution ecosystem. Monica brings a strong combination of business understanding, strategic HR leadership and experience in building people practices for high-growth organisations. We are delighted to welcome her to the leadership team and look forward to her contribution in strengthening our culture, developing future-ready capabilities and building an organisation that can scale sustainably.”

Mishra also outlined her focus at Turtlemint, saying, “Turtlemint has built a strong, technology-led culture that keeps both its advisor community and its people at the centre of its growth journey. I am excited to be part of this next phase and look forward to building on that foundation by strengthening future-ready capabilities, enhancing organizational agility, leadership capability and creating an environment where people are supported, heard and empowered to do their best work. I look forward to partnering closely with the leadership team to make people and culture a strong enabler of Turtlemint’s continued growth.”

Turtlemint has also designated Mishra as Senior Management Personnel (SMP), effective September 9, 2026. The designation was approved by the company’s Board through a circular resolution and was disclosed under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations. The company has stated that her employment is on a full-time basis in accordance with its policies.

Mishra’s appointment adds an experienced HR leader to Turtlemint’s senior management as the company continues to expand its business and technology ecosystem. Her experience across banking, fintech and other consumer-facing sectors is expected to support the company’s focus on people, organisational capability and leadership development as it moves into its next stage of growth.
