
Rakesh Chandhok has joined Bupa Capability Centre India as Head of Global Infrastructure & Internal Products. Chandhok announced the move in a LinkedIn post, sharing that he was starting a new position with the organisation.
Chandhok is a technology leader with more than 29 years of experience in digital infrastructure and enterprise transformation across banking and Global Capability Centres (GCCs). His professional profile highlights expertise across Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), Kubernetes, AI-driven operations, observability, ITIL and FinOps.
In his new role at Bupa Capability Centre India, Chandhok will be responsible for Global Infrastructure and Internal Products. His background in technology infrastructure and enterprise transformation forms part of his experience as he takes on the new leadership position.
Chandhok’s experience spans digital infrastructure and technology operations, with a focus on areas including reliability engineering, cloud-native technologies, artificial intelligence-driven operations, observability and financial operations management. His profile also highlights experience with ITIL-based service management and Kubernetes environments.
The appointment adds a technology leadership profile with extensive infrastructure and transformation experience to Bupa Capability Centre India. His new mandate brings together global infrastructure responsibilities and internal product functions within the organisation.
