
Satchidanand Joshi has been elevated to Head of Global Marketing, Technology, Media & Entertainment (TME) and Strategic Programs at Tech Mahindra. In his expanded role, Joshi will focus on global marketing initiatives across the technology, media and entertainment sectors, along with strategic programs and demand generation.
Joshi brings experience across technology marketing, AI communications, digital campaigns and strategic programs. He has held multiple leadership roles at Tech Mahindra and has also worked with Persistent Systems. His experience spans marketing, partnerships, AI communication and business strategy across technology and other industries.
Before taking on his current role, Joshi served as Head of Global Marketing, Agentic Development and Modernization Services and Strategic Programs at Tech Mahindra. He has been associated with the company for more than four years. His work at Tech Mahindra has included marketing initiatives around the company’s artificial intelligence capabilities and strategic programs.
Joshi has also contributed to AI-focused initiatives at Tech Mahindra, including Project Indus and TechM Orion. His LinkedIn profile highlights his involvement in building and mainstreaming the company’s AI narrative and marketing Project Indus, including its development from an early Indic language model to later versions focused on education and regional language applications. His work has also included marketing around Tech Mahindra’s AI capabilities and related strategic initiatives.
Prior to his leadership roles at Tech Mahindra, Joshi worked with Persistent Systems, where he held a Program Manager role. He has also held positions at White Copper Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., KinderSports LLP, MIT World Peace University and Symbiosis School of Sports Sciences.
His earlier experience covered social media strategy, event marketing, program management and teaching. This has given him exposure to different areas of marketing, communications, program execution and strategic initiatives across multiple sectors.
At Tech Mahindra, Joshi’s new mandate will centre on global marketing for the company’s TME business, while also supporting strategic programs and demand generation. His experience in technology marketing and AI communications will form part of his expanded responsibilities.
