360 ONE has appointed Abhishek Bhalotia as Chief Growth & People Officer, bringing more than two decades of experience in wealth management, business leadership and strategic growth to the organisation.
In his new role, Bhalotia will focus on driving business growth while strengthening people-focused initiatives, combining his experience in wealth management and business leadership with responsibilities spanning growth and organisational priorities.
Bhalotia joins 360 ONE after spending more than 20 years with the Kotak Group, where he held several senior leadership positions across wealth management and international financial services.
Most recently, he served as Joint President & Business Head – HNI at Kotak Private, where he was responsible for the high-net-worth individual segment. His experience in this role added to his broader background in wealth management and business leadership.
Earlier, Bhalotia served as Senior Executive Director & Head – North India, Wealth Management, taking on leadership responsibilities within Kotak’s wealth management business. His career with the group also included the position of Director & CEO at Kotak Mahindra (UK) Ltd., giving him experience in international markets and financial services leadership.
Across his tenure with the Kotak Group, Bhalotia developed experience spanning wealth management, high-net-worth client businesses, international markets and strategic business leadership. His long association with the group also included progressively senior responsibilities across different areas of the financial services business.
At 360 ONE, his appointment brings together his experience in managing wealth businesses and leading strategic growth initiatives with a people-focused mandate. The Chief Growth & People Officer role combines two important areas of organisational development, with a focus on business expansion and strengthening people initiatives.
Bhalotia’s move to 360 ONE marks the next stage of his career following more than two decades with the Kotak Group. His experience across wealth management, HNI business, international financial services and senior business leadership provides a broad foundation for his new responsibilities.
