Aditya K Mehta has taken on the role of Chief Financial Officer at Procheta Consultants (formerly known as Tusk Investments Limited), a Systemically Important NBFC, marking a strategic addition to the organization’s leadership team as it strengthens its financial and operational capabilities.
With over 24 years of post-MBA experience across manufacturing, services, and financial services, he brings a comprehensive perspective across the value chain.
Prior to this appointment, he was associated with Tusk Investments as Chief Financial Officer from February 2026, based in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. He also served as Senior Consultant and Interim CEO at Jibz India Systems Private Limited from October 2025 to February 2026 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Earlier, he held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Maa Mahamaya Industries Limited from October 2024 to January 2026 in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India, where he worked closely with promoters on financial planning and strategic decision-making for the organization.
He also served as Chief Executive Officer at INDUSS (Indus Strategy Financial Advisors) from January 2024 to September 2024 in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, contributing to corporate finance advisory and investment banking initiatives.
His leadership journey includes significant roles at Maa Mahamaya Industries Limited and Orion Group, where he served as Chief Financial Officer, as well as at Cargill, where he held the position of Senior Director – Trade & Capital Markets. Across these roles, he developed strong expertise in structured finance, capital markets, and enterprise-level financial strategy.
Earlier in his career, he was associated with Citi India as Commercial Banking Regional Head – Client Origination, where he was responsible for driving business development and managing client engagement.
