Nachiket Pathki has taken on the role of Vice President – International Growth at Kapture CX, where he will focus on driving global expansion, accelerating revenue growth, and scaling go-to-market strategies across international markets.
In this role, he will work on strengthening the company’s presence across global regions, leveraging his expertise in SaaS, AI-led customer experience, and international sales leadership.
Prior to joining Kapture CX, he served as Head of Growth at Beacon.li from May 2025 to January 2026, where he led strategic growth initiatives for an AI orchestration platform, focusing on revenue generation and market expansion while managing cross-functional teams across product marketing, sales, and partnerships.
Before that, he founded and led Contactly as Founder and CEO from April 2024 to April 2025, operating as a GTM consulting firm. In this capacity, he worked with large GCCs, BPMs, and BPO organizations on customer experience transformation and US go-to-market expansion.
His professional journey also includes leadership roles at Skit.ai, Enterprise Bot, and Kore.ai, where he developed strong capabilities in scaling revenue, building high-performance sales teams, and expanding into global markets.
Additionally, he served as an Executive Member at Pavilion from August 2022 to December 2024.
