In his new role, Ajay will oversee key functions including Business, Strategy, Joint Ventures, Partnerships, Expansion, Investment, and Risk Management across the group’s diversified portfolio spanning Power, Contracting, Fabrication (ADNOC approved), Offshore Services, and Technical Resources. Based in Abu Dhabi, Ajay brings more than two decades of multifaceted experience from globally renowned engineering and industrial enterprises, reinforcing PESCO Holding’s commitment to innovation, scale, and sustainable growth.
Ajay’s appointment comes at a pivotal time as PESCO Holding strengthens its footprint across the GCC, African, and North American markets. His extensive background in engineering, project management, and global business operations is expected to drive the company’s next phase of expansion. With a career spanning leadership roles at Praj Industries, Tata Consulting Engineers Limited, GOL Offshore, Walchandnagar Industries Limited, and Lahmeyer International (TRACTEBEL), Ajay has built a strong reputation for strategic execution and growth leadership in the industrial and energy sectors.
Before joining PESCO Holding, Ajay served as Vice President and Business Head at Praj Industries, where he played a key role in accelerating business growth and expanding global partnerships. Prior to that, he led Sales and Business Development for the EMEA region at Tata Consulting Engineers as General Manager, contributing to the firm’s international business scale-up and market penetration.
Throughout his career, Ajay has been instrumental in securing multi-billion-dollar EPC contracts, building long-term strategic alliances, and driving sustainable business transformations. His leadership blends deep technical expertise with an acute understanding of evolving market dynamics — a combination that aligns with PESCO Holding’s vision of sustainable, technology-driven expansion.
