
Amit Nehru has joined Rubrik as Group Vice President, Global Systems Integrators (GSIs) and Managed Service Providers (MSP). In his new role, he will lead the company’s global GSI and MSP ecosystem, with a focus on expanding strategic partnerships, strengthening partner engagement, accelerating market reach, and driving sustainable business growth.
Nehru brings more than 25 years of experience in strategic alliances, channel development, partner ecosystem management, and enterprise technology sales, making him a seasoned leader in the global technology sector.
Over the course of his career, he has built extensive expertise in developing and scaling relationships with Global Systems Integrators, Managed Service Providers, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), consulting firms, and technology partners. His experience spans partner-led growth strategies, alliance management, go-to-market execution, customer engagement, and ecosystem expansion across international markets.
Prior to joining Rubrik, Nehru spent nearly six years at ServiceNow, where he held multiple leadership positions. Most recently, he served as Vice President, Global Partnerships and Channels, overseeing strategic partner relationships and initiatives aimed at expanding the company’s channel ecosystem and market presence. During his tenure, he worked closely with global partners to support business growth and strengthen alliance-driven opportunities.
Before ServiceNow, Nehru held senior alliance and partnership leadership roles at PTC, Hitachi Data Systems, and 3i Infotech. Across these organizations, he played a key role in building strategic collaborations, managing partner networks, and supporting revenue growth through ecosystem-led business strategies.
Earlier in his career, Nehru also gained experience in technology sales, business development, and partner management, contributing to the expansion of enterprise technology solutions across multiple industry segments. His professional journey reflects a strong focus on creating long-term value through strategic partnerships and collaborative business models.
At Rubrik, Nehru will oversee the company’s engagement with GSIs and MSPs worldwide, working to strengthen existing partnerships while expanding opportunities within the broader partner ecosystem.
His appointment comes at a time when enterprise technology companies are increasingly relying on strategic alliances and partner networks to expand their reach, deliver integrated solutions, and support customer transformation initiatives.
