New Delhi: BEI Confluence, one of North India’s leading independent integrated agencies, has announced the elevation of Abhishek Gupta to Managing Director (MD), effective August 2026.
In his new role, Abhishek will lead the agency and its operations, reporting to the Board. His mandate will include strengthening the agency’s integrated capabilities, nurturing talent, deepening client partnerships and driving its next phase of growth.
Tapas Gupta, Founder and Chairman of BEI Confluence, has stepped down from his role as Managing Director (MD) after founding and leading the agency for 27 years. He will continue as Chairman and mentor, focusing on the agency’s long-term growth and consolidation.
Commenting on the transition, Tapas Gupta said, “At BEI Confluence, change has always been a constant. Over the past decade, Abhishek has brought fresh thinking and new perspectives to the agency through his leadership. He has played an important role in helping us evolve from our traditional advertising roots into an integrated agency equipped for the changing needs of brands.”

Abhishek Gupta brings over two decades of experience spanning brand strategy, digital marketing and business leadership.
