Artificial intelligence and virtual reality startup AutoVRse has secured $2.4 million in a funding round aimed at expanding its AI-powered and VR-based workforce training solutions across global markets.
The investment round was co-led by Singularity AMC through its Large Value Fund III and Early Opportunities Fund, alongside participation from existing investor Lumikai, a venture capital firm focused on interactive media, digital platforms and gaming.
The fresh capital will support AutoVRse’s efforts to scale its AI and virtual reality training platforms internationally as demand grows for immersive workforce learning solutions.
Founded in Bengaluru, the company develops VR-based training systems and smart glasses-enabled field guidance tools for industries including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, energy and healthcare. The platform is designed to help organizations improve workforce training, operational efficiency and safety through immersive digital experiences.
AutoVRse stated that it currently serves more than 500,000 users across over 50 enterprise customers spanning North America, Europe, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region and India. Its client portfolio includes major organizations such as Amazon, Shell, ADNOC, Exxon Mobil, Bosch, NTPC, HDFC Bank, UltraTech Cement, JSW Steel, Tata Power, Vedanta, Hindalco, Godrej, Torrent Power, Welspun, Intas and Abbott.
The company also reported surpassing $8 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) within 12 months of its global product rollout, with nearly half of its business generated from international markets. According to the company, revenue has increased by 250% year-on-year, reflecting growing adoption of immersive training technologies worldwide.
Commenting on the development, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer Ashwin Jaishanker said, “At AutoVRse, we have spent a decade building training content for frontline workers. We’ve amassed the most accurate digital representation of how physical work gets done. The same way self-driving cars were first trained inside video games and 3D simulations before they hit the road, the AI that powers high-precision industries is being trained inside digital twins built on VRseBuilder. We’re grateful to Singularity AMC for backing this vision, and to Lumikai, who’ve believed in this bet for years.”
For India, the funding highlights the growing strength of the country’s deep-tech ecosystem, particularly in artificial intelligence, immersive technologies and enterprise software. The investment underscores increasing global confidence in Indian startups developing advanced solutions for industrial training, workforce development and digital transformation.
The June 15 funding round positions AutoVRse for its next phase of international growth while reinforcing Bengaluru’s status as a leading hub for innovation in AI and emerging technologies.
