Debashish Ghosh has been appointed as SVP & Head of HR – India and the Philippines at Infinx, taking on a strategic leadership mandate focused on strengthening the company’s people strategy and HR operations across the two markets.
Ghosh brings extensive experience in human resources leadership, business partnering, organisational development and people transformation. His career spans global organisations and leadership roles that have given him experience in aligning people initiatives with business priorities and supporting organisational growth.
Before joining Infinx, Ghosh held senior HR leadership positions at Access Healthcare and Berkadia. Prior to these roles, he spent a significant part of his career with Genpact, where he developed broad experience across human resources and business partnering.
Earlier in his career, Ghosh worked with GE Capital and Dolphin Hotel, Visakhapatnam, gaining experience across HR and business operations. His career progression across these organisations has provided him with a diverse foundation in people management, organisational development and HR leadership.
In his new role at Infinx, Ghosh will focus on advancing the organisation’s people and HR agenda across India and the Philippines. His responsibilities will include supporting people strategy, strengthening HR operations and contributing to organisational development across the company’s key markets.
With experience spanning HR leadership, business partnership and organisational transformation, Ghosh brings a broad people-management perspective to his new position at Infinx. His appointment marks another step in his career and adds experienced HR leadership to the company’s regional operations.
