Enterprise AI CRM Startup Superleap Raises ₹36 Crore from Peak XV Partners

Bengaluru, Enterprise artificial intelligence customer relationship management startup Superleap has raised ₹36 crore from Peak XV Partners. The company will use the fresh capital to strengthen its AI capabilities and expand its presence in India and international markets.

Founded by Subham Kumar Boundia, Alok Maurya and Saurabh Maheshwari, Superleap is building an enterprise-grade, AI-native CRM platform for sales, marketing and customer-service teams. Boundia serves as Chief Executive Officer, Maurya as Chief Technology Officer and Maheshwari as Chief Product Officer.

The Bengaluru-based startup is primarily targeting large organisations seeking to replace legacy CRM systems. Its platform has been designed to support migration from existing systems with minimal disruption to ongoing business processes and customer data.

Superleap combines customer and lead management, sales-pipeline tracking, workflow automation, voice intelligence, reporting and business integrations within a single platform. Its AI agents can qualify leads, automate follow-ups, update CRM records, summarise customer conversations, prepare reports and provide sales representatives with contextual recommendations.

The platform automatically transcribes information from sales calls, emails and meetings and uses it to update customer records. This is intended to reduce manual data entry and provide sales teams with updated information about leads, interactions and pending actions.

Superleap also offers customisable workflows, dashboards, task management and communication tools for enterprise teams. Its AI capabilities are designed to work across the sales process, from lead capture and qualification to customer engagement and performance monitoring.

The startup competes in the enterprise CRM market against established global software providers. Its strategy focuses on providing an AI-native alternative that can be implemented faster and customised for different enterprise processes.

Peak XV Partners previously backed the company through its early-stage startup programme. The venture capital firm identifies Superleap as an AI-focused seed-stage portfolio company serving a global market.

Superleap develops AI-powered CRM software for modern enterprise revenue teams. The platform supports sales, marketing, customer service and operations through tools covering pipelines, leads, tasks, voice AI, dashboards, workflows, reports and integrations.
