On January 22, Tech Mahindra revealed the appointment of Rajashree R, former Chief Marketing Officer at Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), as the Chief Growth Officer for strategic verticals in America region for Tech Mahindra. She will be the latest addition to the IT services major’s CEO Mohit Joshi’s ongoing leadership restructuring. Rajashree is a TCS veteran with nearly 20 years of experience with the company, where she held several leadership positions.
Rajashree shared the update on LinkedIn. She wrote, “Where next” was the question facing me for the past several months—another IT company, smaller, bigger, start-up, software company, etc. I knew, more than anything else, that what mattered to me was a vibrant, dynamic, and agile environment; good people to work with; an opportunity to learn and grow; and, most importantly, the right culture and value system.”
“I found my search ending at Tech Mahindra—an inspiring leadership, a great set of customers, amazing talent, a rich heritage, all on a foundation of great culture. My focus will be on growing Americas – a strategic market for Tech Mahindra,” she added.
